International Students
Most financial aid that Binghamton University offers is funded by the U. S. government or through New York State.
These funds are available only to qualified U.S. citizens, permanent residents or other eligible non-citizens. Undergraduate international students may be eligible for the limited number of non-need based institutional scholarships. Graduate international students may qualify for funding from their academic departments.
