Graduate Progress Chart - for Federal Financial Aid
Students must EARN a specific number of credit hours based on their OVERALL HOURS ATTEMPTED to meet Federal Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP).
For example, if you ATTEMPTED 30 credit hours, you must have earned 9 credit hours by the end of the semester. If you do not EARN the required number of credit hours based on this chart, you will not be eligible for federal financial aid for the following term(s) until you are back in good standing according to this chart. Once you have reached the MAXIMUM ATTEMPTED CREDIT HOURS OR 99*, you are no longer eligible for federal aid.
Calendar: Semester
Maximum attempted Credit Hours: 99

* Exception: maximum attempted credits may be higher to reflect degree credit requirements if program requires more than 66 credits.
