Moving Off Campus
As students plan their living arrangements, some consider the option of moving to an off-campus apartment. Moving off campus will not affect your aid package. If a refund is expected, funds can be used to pay your own living expenses.
If you plan to move into the University Plaza, you will be billed by the University for your rental expenses directly. Your Fall semester bill will include 5 months of rental charges, and the Spring semester bill will include 7 months of rental charges. Please note that unless you attend summer classes and incur additional tuition/fee charges, your financial aid budget will not be increased solely based on this off-campus living arrangement. You will need to plan accordingly to meet these expenses outside of what your financial aid offer includes or is allowed.
