On-Campus Jobs
Students not eligible for Federal Work Student (FWS), but who are looking for on-campus, part-time employment may use eRecruiting as a means to find jobs. Interview only for non-FWS funded jobs. Students eligible for FWS jobs are allowed to apply for on-campus temporary service jobs, too. To apply for jobs, students should contact the employer via the application method listed in the job description detailed on the eRecruiting website.
Employer Verification Upon Hire
Regardless of whether you will be working a Federal Work Study job or any other on campus job, federal law requires that employers verify a person's identity and their eligibility for employment. Once you are hired, go to the Payroll Distribution Center (University Union East, Room 105) to complete the Employment Verification Form (I-9 Form).
